Health and Safety Policy

If you do not require our retained services, but simply need someone to create or update a suitable Health and Safety Policy for you, then look no further. Appropriate formwork is included with your policy, such as Accident Investigation forms, Inventories for hazardous substances and for portable electrical equipment, etc. The Policy is created in an electronic format and so can be very useful for sending on to third parties, such as during a tendering process, and also allows for extra copies to be printed out as required.

Section 2(3) of the Health and Safety at Work Etc Act 1974 creates a requirement for all businesses with more than four employees to have a written Health and Safety Policy. Some smaller companies will also need a written policy to satisfy the needs of their (potential) clients.
