The man who hangs under the glass floor at the top of Blackpool Tower to clean it is backing a national safety campaign.
Dave Hulme uses a harness to carry out maintenance work to the outside of the 158-metre-high tourist attraction, and is giving his support to HSE’s Shattered Lives campaign.
