The owners of a scrap metal yard in Newport have been fined after a lorry driver died when a crushed car fell from a scrapheap.
HSE prosecuted Sims Group UK Ltd, of Long Marston, Stratford upon Avon, after truck driver Adrian Turner was crushed by a metal bale which rolled off the heap.
