Refusal of planning permission for the construction of 12 apartments

In August 2009, a planning application for a residential development at 29 Middleton Road, Salisbury was submitted to Wiltshire Council (Ref: S/2009/1291/FULL). As the proposed development fell within the consultation distance of a major hazard site, Wiltshire Council consulted HSE, who advised the Council that there were sufficient reasons on safety grounds, for advising against the granting of planning permission.
