This Consultative Document sets out proposals from HSE to amend the Genetically Modified Organisms (Contained Use) Regulations 2000 (S.I. 2000 No. 2831).
The amendments are needed because of differences between the Regulations and Directive 2009/41/EC on the contained use of genetically modified micro-organisms.
