Workforce Involvement Group (WIG) looks specifically at ways in which to increase offshore worker involvement in health and safety matters by:
- promoting greater workforce involvement in health and safety in the workplace;
- encouraging voluntary expansion of workplace health and safety representation; and
- sharing and promoting industry best practice to raise workplace health and safety standards.
