The Health and Safety (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2002 amended Regulation 3 of the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 by adding the following paragraph:
“Any first-aid room provided pursuant to this regulation shall be easily accessible to stretchers and to any other equipment needed to convey patients to and from the room and be sign-posted…”
